The honey served at breakfast comes from our own beehives. From the activity of the bees to the harvest, we wanted to maintain a direct connection between our surroundings and what we serve you in the morning.

Beehives are part of the world of L’Aur Blan. We care for the colonies and harvest their honey.
This honey then naturally finds its way to the breakfast table, where you can enjoy it simply on bread or brioche.
